Biography

Constance holds a Master of Arts in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in both Communication Studies and Asian Languages and Literatures. Prior to becoming an Academic Program Management Associate, Constance worked in the College of Education focusing on providing innovative, research-informed, and equity-based education opportunities to undergraduate students through the Office of Academic Support and Retention.

Additionally, Constance is an alumna of the Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Program where she worked for the Ministry of Education in Japan. She taught English as a Second Language to elementary and junior high school students. She also worked closely with both high school and college students desiring to study abroad. Constance has active research interests and projects focusing on global higher education, student mobility, and international enrollment trends.
